Can a Canon EOS Rebel T6/1300D with water damage and white images be repaired?

My Canon EOS Rebel T6 (1300D) got wet near a waterfall. The battery itself did not get wet, and I let the camera dry for several weeks. It now powers on and seems to function, but every photo comes out completely white. Is this likely repairable, or is replacement the more realistic option?

This is almost certainly not fixable without professional skills. Unfortunately, the cost of the repair is also going to be higher than the value of the camera (the T6 aka 1300D was Canon's entry level DSLR in 2016) so honestly at this point your best bet is to purchase a new camera.

Possibly, but it’s unlikely to be economical. Completely white images after water exposure strongly suggest internal electrical or sensor-related damage. If the battery remained installed while the camera was wet or drying, corrosion/electrolysis may have damaged circuitry, which is difficult to repair.

The only practical way to know is to send it to Canon or a qualified camera service center for evaluation. They can inspect it and quote for repair or part replacement.

That said, on an entry-level body like the Rebel T6/1300D, repair costs are often higher than the camera’s current value, so replacement is commonly the better choice unless the estimate is surprisingly low.
