I’m looking for a reliable, lower-cost alternative to Canon’s EF-EOS M adapter so I can use Canon EF/EF-S EOS lenses on an EOS M camera. Are there any third-party options available?

The only alternative I have seen is from Fotodiox: the EOS EF to EOS-M adapter
Currently, it's a pretty small market for EOS-M, so I wouldn't expect to see a whole lot of accessories for it.

Yes. Based on the community responses, one third-party option mentioned is the Fotodiox EF-to-EOS M adapter. That said, the EOS M system was described as a relatively small market, so third-party adapter choices may be limited compared with other mounts. If reliability and full compatibility matter most, the Canon adapter is still the safest reference point; if cost is the priority, the Fotodiox option is an available alternative to consider.
