What customers wrote in our store survey
“… Gabby, Karen, and Tim at the lab counter always provide a fantastic experience with great communication, not to mention personalized tips on different film stocks and gear. … Despite having a local film lab in Jersey City (albeit with quite limited hours) I will elect to make the journey to Fairfield instead whenever I can manage. …”
“I feel much more comfortable using various camera settings to shoot specific situations. Brianna is very knowledgeable, easy going, and made the one on one session very worthwhile and enjoyable.”
“Excellent. Pure fun. Great shooting events, great variety of classes, great camaraderie. … In the sales area I received lots of patience and direct answers to my questions. I had many because I'm new to mirrorless cameras. …”
4,580 of 5,397 customers who rated a visit in our store survey since 2018 gave us 5 out of 5.
