Compatible with stereo audio XTPRO and high-resolution UXGA extender systems, the Smart-AVI XTPRO UXGA, RS232, Audio, and IR over CAT5 XTP-RX Receiver Unit lets you broadcast stereo audio signals, desktop video signals, IR, and RS232 over any Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cabling. Its output range stands at 1,000 ft. Also, this unit uses CAT-5-, 5e-, 6-, 7-, and 8-type cables, which are easy to install. It uses a total bandwidth of 300 MHz, and supports VGA, Sun, XGA, MAC, and SGI display resolution of 1900×1200 pixels. For added safety, the receiver unit offers immunity from high-ground loops, as well as inbuilt protection from power surges and transiency. Use the designated trimmer in the remote unit in order to compensate for the length of the cables. For storage purposes, a compact metal case is included.
