Optics and Focus

This Leica camera comes with a 50mm f/2 Summicron chrome lens. The optical design of the lens involves six elements arranged in four groups. They together bring in the desired sharpness and contrast throughout the edges of images. The lens has a manual focus with a minimum focusing distance of 70 cm. A hood is incorporated into the design of the lens. The hood can be extended manually when working in bright daylight.

Screen and Sensor

This Leica camera has a range-viewfinder that offers a screen coverage of 100%. A rectangle rangefinder spot at the middle allows you to use both split-image and coincidence focusing methods. This camera comes with a shutter speed dial and an ISO film speed dial.
