It comes with an 18–55mm lens that has a Stepping Motor (STM) and a six-group zoom system.

Optics and Focus

This Canon camera comes with an 18–55mm lens. The lens has an optical design of 13 elements in 11 groups. An aspherical element is included in the lens construction for correcting spherical and chromatic aberrations. Moreover, its Stepper Motor is useful for accurate focusing while shooting videos.
