Overview
The Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 17-inch Professional Inkjet Printer uses FINE (Full-Photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) technology that provides a 50% larger print head than previous models. It incorporates a 11-color LUCIA PRO pigment-based ink set with Chroma Optimizer to ensure all prints deliver excellent detail with a wide, accurate color reproduction. It also includes four monochrome inks that reduce bronzing, increase black density, and expand dynamic range in shadow regions for excellent grayscale prints. The printer also features L-COA PRO Image Processing Engine that accurately determines printing paths and patterns for increased efficiency. The engine allows the printer to produce 17 x 22” prints in 4 minutes and 10 seconds. It also includes a 3-inch color LCD, USB 2.0 connectivity, Ethernet, and WiFi.
