Combining a broad range of telephoto focal lengths with a fast, constant maximum aperture, the Sigma 50 - 100 mm f/1.8 DC HSM Lens is a practical accessory that is designed for use with all Canon EF-mount cameras. It features three F Low dispersion elements and one special low dispersion element that help in reducing chromatic aberrations and color fringing throughout the entire zoom range. Use the integrated HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor) for providing a quick and quiet autofocusing that is further complemented by an optimized AF algorithm to deliver a smoother focusing performance. Additionally, the lens comes with a tripod collar for offering stability whenever the lens is mounted onto a monopod or tripod.
