Overview

The Shure QLXD2/SM58 Handheld Wireless Transmitter is a digital handheld wireless microphone transmitter, which features 24-bit digital audio, & is designed to be used for presentations, music venues, & most applications that require wireless vocal abilities. It features a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, & has more than 60 channels available per frequency band. The QLXD2/SM58 is designed for use with the Shure QLX-D wireless system,  & features AES 256-bit encryption for secure transmission. Its all-metal construction provides durability, as well as a wide selection of compatible capsules to use with the microphone for your ideal presentation. The QLXD2/SM58 runs on two AA batteries, & operates for up to 9 hours at full power. A separately available Shure SB900 battery reports your remaining battery life in hours & minutes, & lasts for up to 10 hours from a full charge. The QLXD2/SM58 also features a backlit LCD, which is designed for user-friendly operation, & allows for navigation through the menu & controls. It features a selectable display mode, which shows your battery runtime, frequency, & group/channel. Its rugged construction makes it a durable choice for live vocals. Its frequency & power lockout helps to avoid accidental/unauthorized changes. The transmitter features a 328 ft. range of operation (line-of-sight).
