Overview

The Nikon SB-R200 Wireless Remote Speedlight is a new compact Speedlight for Remote Speedlight operation in two different shooting conditions.

As part of a newly developed mini system for close-up flash photography, the SB-R200 is both lightweight and compact, which means it can be inserted into a dedicated ring attached to the lens to direct light onto small subjects. Or it can be used as a separate remote macro flash, mounted on the dedicated AS-20 stand.

The SB-R200 is also fully compatible with Nikon's Advanced Wireless Lighting system, meaning it can be used in multiple lighting situations with SB-800 and SB-600 units.

Note! The SB-R-200 cannot be attached to a standard flash shoe. Requires SX-1 Attachment Ring or AS-20 Speedlight Stand.

The Nikon SB-R200 provides your with just the right amount of light when needed!! I find it works extremely well for taking still life shots & it does the job very well. My photographs, when the SB-R200 is used, come out clean and sharp. You can not tell flash was even used. Provides a natural light type of feel which is beautiful.

The Nikon SB-R200 Speedlight Flash is a great buy for the money! A very noticeable difference in my still light photography.

Just the right little bit of light when you need it. It gets the job done. It is also extremely useful for still life photography and macro. I wish it was a little bit brighter, however, it is a great piece of equipment to own. A must if you are into macro!!!!!!!! This is the most decent price I found for this product, also. Unique has great products and I feel safe ordering from them. Items ordered are always packed well and delivered to me in a better than satisfying time.
