OVERVIEW

The Marumi DHG UV is the baseline model UV control filter in the Marumi line. With Certified Japan Quality Glass, the L-41 Sharp cut UV high-quality glass has a high scratch resistance performance. The thin aluminum frame helps avoid vignetting, while the knurling on the edge enables for easy and smooth handling.

The Marumi DHG UV Filter has 10 layers of Anti-Reflection coating to sustain its reflection rate under 0.5% while allowing it to have a high transmission of approximately >98.3%.

Features of a UV Filter

UV filters block and cut the UV wavelength range and transit the visual spectrum instead. They also protect your delicate and expensive camera lens from dust, fingerprint, scratches, and even physical shock or damages. However, it is built to protect your lens from ultraviolet light from effecting your lens.
