Overview

The Benro Master 100 x 150mm Hard Edge Graduated ND Filter has an 8x filter factor, which provides a 3-stop exposure reduction in selected areas. This model features a hard edge in its center that divides the clear and darkened sections, making it perfect for photos with a sharp horizon, as most landscape images have. Made with Schott B270 glass, and finished with several different layers of coating, there is an increase in the resistance of the glass, which helps avoid scratches. It also helps to keep the surface waterproof, making it easy to clean when shooting in inclement weather. This filter is designed for a neutral performance which avoids affecting color rendition, and reduces the unnatural colors found in some pictures with high contrast. This is a GND filter, featuring a density of 0.9, with a sharp line in the center to divide the transparent and darkened areas. With a filter factor of 8x, it makes for an exposure reduction of 3 stops, while its anti-scratch and waterproof coatings make it suitable for rain or snowy conditions, and make it easy to clean.
