While We Were Flooding...

In case you were living in a cave for the past few weeks, the Northeast was hit by Hurricane Irene and while it was predicted to be "worse", it certainly did a number on the East Coast.  Millions were left without power and the amount of flooding was historic.  Thankfully the Unique Photo building was built several feet off of the foundation of and there is no secret basement filled with D4 prototypes.  Our parking lot may have temporarily imitated an Olympic swimming pool, but thankfully there was no damage to our building or any of our products.  We truly appreciate the warm wishes and thoughts everyone sent us on our facebook page, but again, we are ok.  There are many other businesses and homes in Fairfield and the surrounding areas up here that didn't fare quite as well.  We truly wish them the best and hope they can get back on their feet as soon as possible.  For now here are some photos of the damage and devastation caused by Irene captured by Unique Photo President Matthew Sweetwood and Internet Manager, Andrew Spada.
