[/caption] Hey everyone out there, its been a while! Too long actually... So I'm glad to be back and catching up with things here. I've been working on some more reviews and videos and also helping out with our growing rental program. However last week I had the great opportunity to help out with a class taught by Sony Artisan photographer, Matthew Jordan Smith. Matthew is a well known and respected photographer as he has photographed many celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey and Halle Berry. He was a real pleasure to work with and was a very engaging and helpful instructor. The class was held at Studio 113 in Jersey City, New Jersey. Their space is beautiful and even though we had plenty of Profoto lights with us, many photographers opted to use the grandiose windows. It was a cloudy day so it was like using a giant soft box. The entire room was painted white so there were plenty of reflective surfaces as well. Anyway here is a short video I put together that highlights Matthew and the experience the class had.
