It seems like a really long time ago when we first announced our Lensbaby Contest. However today I am happy to announce that Fiorile83 is the winner of our Lensbaby Photography Contest! They will receive a Lensbaby Composer in their mount of choice. Our theme for the contest was "Summer and/or Fall Fun" Entries didn't have to be taken with a Lensbaby, but some kind of perspective control was required. It could have been done in post-production. Next time we will try to be a little more clear. Regardless, Fiorile's photo "My Surf Spot" really does capture the essence of summer fun. I really enjoy the cool tones, yet warm setting. The contrast between the subject and the typical mood ascociated with cooler toned colors works well. I guess the judges thought so too. I'd like to thank Bill Westheimer, Nancy Ori, Wendy Erickson, and Andrew Darlow for being good sports and taking the time to judge our contest!
