Grand Canyon
The alluring Grand Canyon is just as the name suggests, grand. Many have noticed its charm. One of the most perfect spots for landscape photography in America is the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon is among one of the world's most visited landmarks. The best of photographs have not done justice to the beautiful place. One who has not witnessed this wonder will never know how beautiful the Grand Canyon truly is. If you've never been there, words simply can't describe the place, and even photographs don't fully do it justice. This would give any photographer a vague idea of the specifics to the Grand Canyon. But it is not necessary you apply them only at the Grand Canyon, but any location or a famous locale where you wish to get some great shots of your own.

Rodney: The Grand Canyon hardly needs an introduction. It is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Natural World, being 277 miles long as measured along the winding Colorado river, up to 18 miles wide, and, most dramatically, more than a mile deep. It’s a geological wonderland, with craggy towers, painted hills and layer after layer of rock offering a view that reaches far back into the planet’s history. It isn’t the longest canyon, the widest canyon or even the deepest in the world. It is, however, unmistakably Grand - it’s hard to put into words the panoramic majesty of the place. You’ll just have to go and see for yourself.
Crater Lake
The magnetic beauty of the Crater Lake has for the past many years inspired many people. And in this day-and-age will inspire photographers for years to come. Photographers from all over the world would agree that the Crater Lake is one of the most beautiful locations in the United States. This is one of the most beautiful, and also the deepest lake in the United States. The clear blue water is surrounded by cliffs that tower high above them, making the place a mesmerizing location. The violent volcanic past seems to have drowned away with time and out of that has emerged a beautiful lake. The two alluring and picturesque islands can be considered to be a nature loving photographers ultimate photography dream.

Rodney: When you first see it, the pure blue waters of this lake will stop you in your tracks and you will stare, entranced. When you come to your senses, you will reach for your camera, and be unable to stop photographing as long as there is light on the water. All this grandeur is what remains from a volcanic explosion almost 8000 years ago so dramatic that Native American legends of it have been passed down to this day. Reality rarely gets this dreamily beautiful.
Oneonta Gorge
Perfect for a long hike, the Oneonta Gorge in the Columbia River is absolutely alluring. What makes the Oneonta Gorge perfect for photography is its unique yet beautiful set of aquatic and woodland plants making it look lush and beautiful. The ferns and moss create a wonderfully formed natural coat of a charming green that can win hearts over with its beauty. The fairy tale looks of the Oneonta Gorge will make you want to have your best moments there. Any photographer would agree that the Oneonta Gorge is one the best photography locations in the state. A walk through the creek on a warm summer day will blow your mind away.

Rodney: For me, Metlako Falls, which is near Onenonta Gorge is the place not to be missed.Metlako Falls is the final major waterfall along Eagle Creek. The falls drop out of narrow, calm pool, and thunder into an impressive gorge.
Monument Valley
The Monument Valley is one of the most photographed locations in the United States. It is also one of the most beautiful locations to shoot. With the serene blue sky enveloping the endless land below, this majestic Colorado valley has homed an eerie number of rocks that tower high above with much grace and beauty. The red desert sand makes it very appealing to click some amazing pictures. The fascinating monumental statues are well appreciated around the world and are responsible for creating awe-inspiring landscape photographs.

Rodney: These huge sandstone towers of Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park are some of the most iconic images of the entire Southwest, and they are scattered here across the vast valley floor like a giant’s discarded toys. Everything here is immense, from the rock monoliths to the empty spaces around them, and all is painted in a lovely desert red. This place is timeless. You can imagine a masked bandit robbing a train here, or Native Americans stalking bison. You can imagine this place before humans arrived, with dinosaurs walking here, their huge bulking forms still dwarfed by the vast space of this place and its towering rocks.
Blue Ridge Parkway
The beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway is not just beautiful, but has a long history of Appalachian ancient culture. The Blue Ride Parkway will make you feel happy and leave you inspired by the beautiful trees. The Blue Ridge has wrapped within its fold a number of natural wonderlands such as the Appalachian mountains, the Shenandoah national park, and the Appalachian mountains, which all make it perfect for photographs.

Rodney: Shenandoah National Park is 199,100 acres of pure mother nature and about 40% of that area is designated Protected Wilderness. Skyline Drive runs the entire length of the park, and is likely to get you anywhere you want to go in the park, but there are thousands upon thousands of acres for backcountry exploration and camping as well.
Grand Teton National Park
The Grand Teton National Park is an endless beauty. Every picture taken at the Grand Teton National Park will not be the same such is its vast beauty. The national park displays an unending number of princely mountains, the clear lakes, also an exciting and interesting wildlife for us all to gasp in awe over. The majestic mountains seem to be reach for the sky, with the clouds breezing through makes for a perfect view. A clear reflection of the mountains in the serenely beautiful lake will urge all the sensations of a photographer to click away at the sight of its beauty. This photography location just cannot be passed up.

Rodney: The park gets its name from the inspiring Grand Teton, the highest of its mountain peaks at 13,770 feet. Numerous forests, plains, lakes, rivers and wetlands round out the rest of the park’s 310,000 acres. The Tetons were formed by a fault that runs just beneath them; every few thousand years an earthquake pushes the mountains up and the valley down, creating their dramatic appearance, and making them some of the youngest mountain ranges on earth.
Upper Antelope Canyon and Lower Antelope Canyon
Great compositions can be made at the upper and lower Antelope Canyon. This northern California beauty has beautifully sculpted slot canyons. When the slightest light breaks through the cracks at midday, you are bound to experience some wonderful visual effect. Thus, many of America’s greatest photographers come here to shoot.

Rodney: These slot canyons offer views that almost defy words. You might not even believe that the images you see here are real, so sinuous are the shapes and fantastic are the colors.
