It’s the smallest and lightest F2.8 standard zoom for crop sensor cameras. The NEW Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 Contemporary for Fujifilm and its X-Mount lenses has just dropped. The SIGMA 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN | Contemporary is the first mirrorless-exclusive, APS-C format standard zoom lens from SIGMA Corporation. This incredibly compact lens offers a full-frame equivalent 27-75mm focal range. Originally announced in October 2021 for both Sony E-mount and L-Mount systems, this fast, compact zoom is now available for FUJIFILM X Mount.
7 rounded aperture blades offer smooth bokeh and its stepping motor offers swift quiet auto focusing. It has a nice small compact size for travel and day to day shooting. This is Sigma's first entry into the Fuji mirrorless lineup and it's a great one! Check out the quick introduction video below.
