What is the difference between softcover, hardcover and layflat?

Softcover has a flexible printed cover and is light enough to mail. Hardcover wraps a printed cover around rigid board. Layflat pages are thick and open completely flat, so a photo can run across a whole spread without losing anything in the fold.

How many pages can a book have?

Every book starts with 20 pages, and you add more two at a time up to the maximum shown for its size. The price of each extra page is listed on the size card.

Will my photo be sharp enough?

The designer checks every photo against the spot you put it in and flags anything too small to print well before you order. A larger original, or a smaller spot, fixes it.

Where do my photos come from?

Upload from your computer or phone, or use anything already in My Photos — including lab scans we have made for you. Whatever you upload lands in My Photos too, ready for your next project.

Do I need an account?

Yes — a free one. Your design and the photos in it are saved privately to your account as you work, so you can close the tab and pick it up later on any device.

How long does it take?

It is printed by Fujifilm and ships to you direct from their lab. We email tracking as soon as it leaves, and you can follow it any time on the order status page.
