Are you interested in becoming a drone pilot? Have clients that need aerial work? Want to expand your studio's portfolio or business? Shooting aerials already and want to become certified? You can take an FAA exam and become certificated now!

The Remote Pilot Exam Prep Seminar is an 8-hour intensive course that will cover all of the subjects necessary to pass the knowledge exam.  Students will have access to study guides and sample exam questions to help prepare for the certification exam.

Lunch is included.

Testing Requirements to Become a Certified Remote Pilot
To become an FAA Certificated Remote Pilot, you must pass a test. If the applicant is NOT already a certificated manned aircraft pilot under 14 CFR Part 61, a knowledge test must be taken at an FAA approved testing center. If you are already a pilot, an online test is required.

Subjects include:
• Regulations
• Airspace classifications and requirements
• Meteorology
• Aircraft performance
• Emergency operations
• Crew resource management
• Radio communication procedures
• Human factors
• Aeronautical decision making
• Airport operations
• Maintenance
• Preflight inspections

John M. Antoniades is a Cinematographer and Certified Flight Instructor. John runs a successful cinematography company, JMA Visuals, and is an accomplished pilot, flying a 767 for a major airline. John possesses the knowledge and skills to help you pass the exam, and run a successful aerial photography or cinematography company.
