David Reyer – Photographer & Creative Director David Reyer is a New Jersey–based photographer and the founder of David Reyer Photography and DRP Meetups & Workshops, a creative community focused on collaborative photography, cosplay, and themed visual storytelling. With over a decade of experience behind the camera, David’s background spans automotive photography, construction documentation, editorial portraiture, and cinematic cosplay photography. His work blends dramatic lighting, stylized environments, and character-driven storytelling—often drawing inspiration from gothic and cinematic aesthetics. After studying photography and photojournalism at the International Center of Photography, David built a career photographing everything from infrastructure projects and construction progress to high-energy creative portraits. In recent years, he has become deeply embedded in the New York and New Jersey cosplay and creative community, producing large-scale themed photoshoots and workshops that bring together photographers, models, cosplayers, and videographers. Through DRP Meetups & Workshops, David organizes immersive photography events designed to help creatives collaborate, learn, and push their craft further. His events range from small mentorship workshops to large themed productions featuring dozens of artists. Known for fostering a supportive creative environment, David’s mission is simple: build community, elevate creative work, and create unforgettable images.
