I saw a photographer using the plastic cover shown in this image and I'm trying to identify what it is called so I can find something similar. I checked a few major camera retailers but didn't see an exact match. Is this a specific product, or just a generic type of rain cover?

It appears to be a cheap plastic rain cover that can be purchased over sites like ebay or amazon. You have to search for the terms camera rain cover. These are cheap ones though they only stop rain to a certain amount.

It looks like a basic plastic camera rain cover, commonly sold as a rain sleeve. These are usually inexpensive, generic covers available from many brands and marketplace sellers, and they’re meant for light rain protection rather than heavy weather sealing. A well-known example is the OP/TECH Rainsleeve, but similar versions are widely sold online under terms like “camera rain cover” or “camera rain sleeve.”
