Ilford’s fact sheet says the non-replenished capacity of Rapid Fixer at 1+4 is 80 sheets of 20.3×25.4 cm paper. Is that capacity quoted per litre of working-strength fixer, or for some other total volume? For example, would 10 litres of working solution simply scale to 800 sheets?

The column of the table you refer to is titled "Capacity/litre of working strength fixer" so each 1L will process 80 sheets of 20.3x25.4cm paper and 10L will, therefore, process 800 sheets of 20.3x25.4cm paper, etc.
