In Adobe Lightroom, more than one preset may have been applied to a photo during editing. Is there a way to see which preset or presets were used on an image after the fact?

History of image changes, including presets applied, should be in the history panel.

Yes—check Lightroom’s History panel. It records the edit steps made to the image, including when a preset was applied, so you can review the sequence of changes there. If multiple presets were used, they should appear as separate steps in the history.
