How can I correct the infinity focus mark on a TTArtisan 25mm f/2 for Fujifilm X-mount?

I bought a TTArtisan 25mm f/2 for my Fujifilm X-E1, and the infinity mark does not line up with actual infinity focus. To get infinity sharp, I have to turn the focus ring slightly back toward the 3 m mark. I found guides saying to loosen the three focus-ring screws and re-align the ring, but on my lens that did not work because the focus ring still turned the optical core instead of moving independently. Has anyone fixed this on this lens, and what was preventing the normal focus-ring adjustment?

After dissembling the entire lens, I found out why just unscrewing the 3 screws on the focus ring did not losen the ring and I could not freely move it. As I said, this also was the case for the previous one I bought. Apparently, in manufacturing, they add a drop of super glue between the focus ring, and the ring that normally the screw is tightened on. After removing all the hardened glue, the focus ring was freely moving, and after aligning every part and assembling the entire lens, I was finally able to adjust the focus to infinity, then loosening the focus ring screws, aligning infinity mark, and tightening the ring. Now I can quickly focus infinity perfectly.

Yes. Based on the reported fix, the issue was that the focus ring was effectively bonded to the ring beneath it by a small amount of glue from manufacturing. That prevented the usual adjustment method from working, even after loosening the three screws.
The successful fix was:
- Disassemble the lens enough to access the focus ring and the ring beneath it.
- Remove the hardened glue between those parts.
- Reassemble and set the lens so it actually focuses at infinity.
- Then loosen the focus-ring screws, align the infinity mark correctly, and tighten the screws again.
Once the glue was removed, the focus ring could move independently as expected and the infinity mark could be calibrated properly.
Because lens disassembly can risk damage or decentering, proceed carefully or use a repair technician if you are not comfortable opening the lens.
