Can the Olympus PEN-F use spot metering at the selected AF point?

I’d like to use my Olympus PEN-F the way I do some Nikon DSLRs, where the selected focus point can also be used for spot metering. The manual describes spot metering but doesn’t make it clear whether it meters only the center of the frame or the currently selected AF target. Is spot metering linked to the active focus point on the PEN-F, and if so, where is that setting enabled?

Both options are available. In the Custom menu, there is an option called Spot Metering to control this behavior.
On Page 109 of the English manual the option is described as:
Choose whether the [Spot], [Spot Hilight], and [Spot Shadow] spot metering options meter the selected AF target.

Yes. The PEN-F supports both behaviors: spot metering can meter either the center area or the selected AF target, depending on a Custom Menu setting.
In the Custom menu, look for the setting for Spot Metering. The manual describes it as choosing whether [Spot], [Spot Highlight], and [Spot Shadow] meter the selected AF target. Enable that option if you want spot metering to follow the active focus point.
So if your camera currently appears to meter only at the center, that setting is likely disabled. Turn it on to have spot metering linked to the selected AF point.
