Can I use other Nikon focusing screens in a D3200?

I scratched the focusing screen in my Nikon D3200 while cleaning near the mirror, so now I can see permanent streaks in the viewfinder. The photos are unaffected, but I’d like to replace the screen.
I found replacement focusing screens for other Nikon cameras, including types like F, C, M, and E. Are Nikon focusing screens interchangeable, or do I need one made specifically for the D3200?

My experience with Nikon bodies is that each body takes a slightly different shaped focusing screen. Even the second link in your question points out that there are different screens for the F4 and F5 bodies.
You'll need to make sure you're getting a screen specifically for your model of camera.

You should get a focusing screen made specifically for the Nikon D3200.
Nikon focusing screens are generally not universally interchangeable. Different camera bodies use slightly different screen shapes and mounts, and even among Nikon models there are different screen types for specific bodies. So a screen intended for another Nikon camera is unlikely to fit correctly in your D3200.
If you replace it, match the part to your exact camera model rather than choosing by screen letter alone.
