Can I batch-apply the same RAW Develop adjustments in Affinity Photo 1.7?

I’m editing multiple RAW files in Affinity Photo 1.7 on macOS and want to apply the same adjustments to each image. The Macro recorder doesn’t appear to be available in the Develop Persona, so I’m not seeing an obvious way to repeat the exact same develop workflow across a set of photos. Is there a built-in way to do this in Affinity Photo 1.7, or do I need to rely on external automation tools?

Based on the discussions in Affinity forum you can't directly copy/paste the development settings from one photo to another. What is offered is to create preset from the first photo and then apply this preset to the rest of them.

And (from this tread) you can record macros and run it on the rest of photos. Or use LUTs

You can also try to copy/paste the adjustment layers (from one photo to others)

Not directly in the Develop Persona. In Affinity Photo 1.7, you generally can’t copy/paste RAW Develop settings from one image to another the way some dedicated RAW editors allow.

The practical workaround is to save the settings from the first image as a Develop preset, then apply that preset to the other RAW files. Depending on the edits, you may also be able to:

  • record and run a macro for steps done outside Develop
  • use a LUT for repeatable color adjustments
  • copy/paste adjustment layers from one document to others after development

So if your goal is specifically repeating RAW development settings, presets are the main built-in method. For broader multi-image automation, macros can help, but not for the Develop Persona itself.
