Can a Godox X1T-F use TTL with a V850 II on a Fujifilm X-E3?

I’m using a Fujifilm X-E3 with a Godox X1T-F trigger and a Godox V850 II flash. I can get the flash to fire over radio once the channel and group match, but exposures are blown out and don’t seem to respond to TTL. The camera is set to TTL flash, and the trigger shows group A in TTL mode. Does the V850 II support TTL in this setup, or is it a manual-only flash? If it won’t do TTL, what kind of Godox flash would be needed for off-camera TTL with the X1T-F?

No. To have TTL, all three links in the chain: the camera, the triggering system, and the flash have to be able to communicate TTL. The Godox TT600, V850 II, and (unfortunately) the V850 III are single-pin manual speedlights and cannot do TTL.
You'd need one of the following TTL-capable Godox speedlights to have off-camera TTL over radio with the X1T-F:
- TT350-F
- V350-F
- TT685 (any version, but firmware updated to "speak" Fuji if it's the Canon, Nikon, or Sony version)
- V860 II (ditto with the firmware)
- TT685 II (any version)
- V860 III (any version)
- V1 (any version)

No. The V850 II does not support TTL. For off-camera TTL to work, the whole chain must support TTL communication: camera, trigger, and flash. Your Fujifilm X-E3 and Godox X1T-F can do that, but the V850 II is a single-pin manual flash, so it can only fire manually and will not receive TTL exposure control.
That’s why it triggers but gives incorrect exposure when you expect automatic TTL metering.
If you want off-camera TTL with the X1T-F, you need a TTL-capable Godox speedlight, such as a TT350-F, V350-F, TT685 series, V860 II/III series, or V1. Some cross-brand versions may also work if their firmware supports Fuji TTL, but the V850 II itself will remain manual-only.
