I’m 16 and want to start learning photography with a budget of about €200, максимум €250. I’m mainly interested in photographing the sky and nature, so some zoom range would be useful. I’m not sure whether I should look at a compact, bridge camera, or a used DSLR. What would be the best way to start on this budget?

It depends how "far" you want to go on photography, for now. If you want just to start and get to know what photography is, I recommend you a Bridge. It gives you plenty of things to learn. If you just want to take snapshots on trips, go for a Compact.

On this budget, the best choice depends on how seriously you want to pursue photography.

  • If you want an easy all-in-one camera with lots of zoom for sky and nature shots, a bridge camera is a good beginner option. It gives you manual controls to learn with and usually offers much more zoom than a basic compact.
  • If you mostly want simple snapshots while traveling, a compact camera is the simpler choice.
  • If you think you may get more serious and upgrade over time, a used DSLR with a kit zoom lens is the better long-term path. It will let you learn exposure, focusing, and lenses, and later you can upgrade lenses first, then the camera body while keeping those lenses.

A good rule: start with something affordable, learn what limits you, then upgrade only when you know what you need next.
