Are there websites that let me search for lenses by detailed specifications?

I’m looking for a website or tool that helps narrow down lenses by detailed specs rather than just brand and focal length. Ideally I’d like to filter by things like minimum focus distance, focal length range, maximum aperture, lens construction, and mount compatibility. Bonus points if the site also includes sample images at different apertures or focus distances.

You should try www.lenshero.com. You can select your camera and then narrow down lens choices based on aperture, focal length, etc. I've not used it much myself but it sounds like exactly what you're after.

Yes. Several sites mentioned by the community can help you filter lenses by specifications:
- LensHero: lets you choose your camera and narrow lens options by criteria such as aperture and focal length.
- Neocamera: has a very detailed lens-spec search, including brand, mount, crop factor, focal length, widest aperture, minimum focus distance, magnification, filter size, zoom, dimensions, weight, stabilization, weather sealing, tilt/shift, and more.
- DPReview: offers camera and lens feature search tools that can also help compare options.
If your priority is the most detailed spec filtering, Neocamera sounds like the closest match from the answers provided. If you also want sample images, that may require a second step, since one answer notes Neocamera does not include reviews or sample photos. In practice, using a spec-search site to shortlist lenses and then checking review/sample-image sites is a sensible approach.
