I’m looking for a flash diffuser for the Canon MT-24EX Macro Twin Lite. I’ve seen a lot of DIY options, but I’m not great at building things. Are there any ready-made diffusers available, and how well do they work compared with homemade solutions?

Stofen make a set of diffusers that fit the MT-24EX. Although they get good reviews on B&H, most photographers prefer to make their own, not because DIY is cheaper, but because DIY diffusers can provide more diffused lighting than the Stofens.
Puffer diffusers can also be used on the MT-24EX, though they don't clip in place. An elastic band will be needed to keep them on the heads (and even then they sometimes slip off).
As the others have said, it's really worth while making your own. Personally I use DIY concave diffusers or a vellum paper 'tent' diffuser.

Yes. Stofen makes a diffuser set for the Canon MT-24EX, and it’s one of the main ready-made options mentioned by users. Puffer-style diffusers can also be adapted to fit the MT-24EX, but they don’t clip on securely, so you’ll usually need an elastic band and they may still slip.
That said, many macro photographers still prefer DIY diffusers—not just because they’re cheaper, but because homemade designs often produce softer, more diffused light than the commercial options. Common examples include concave diffusers and vellum-paper tent diffusers.
So if you want a commercial product, a Stofen set is a valid option. If your priority is the softest possible macro lighting, DIY solutions are often considered better.
