Little Red Schoolhouse
The 1893 Queen Anne style River Road School at 400 Riverside Ave. The Lyndhurst Historical Society runs it as a local history museum.
In January 1917 the Kingsland munitions plant in Lyndhurst burned and exploded. Operator Tessie McNamara is credited with getting workers out.
