It's constructed from molded glass aspherical elements and comes with a carrying case, lens hood, and front and rear lens caps for added protection. The lens consists of 13 elements in 8 groups and provides a competent 46.8° angle of view. The nine diaphragm blades, f/1.4 (W) - f/16.0 (T) aperture scope, 40 cm minimum focusing distance, and 77 mm filter size are some other splendid features of the Sigma 50 mm f/1.4 DG HSM Lens.
