When it comes to transferring data from the Nikon D5 camera or just controlling it remotely via WiFi, the Nikon WT-6A Wireless Transmitter is a versatile accessory. It comes with five different modes: Image Transfer, Access Point, HTTP Server, PC, and Synchronize Release Mode. The Image Transfer Mode gives you the freedom to transfer images from the camera to a computer and vice-versa at an impressive rate of 130 Mbps. Use the HTTP Server mode for controlling the camera remotely via an iOS or Android-based smartphone or tablet. Lastly, the Synchronize Release Mode lets you release up to ten remote D5/WT-6A combinations simultaneously via WiFi.
