Intro to Image Editing in Adobe Photoshop with Joe Brady

While Adobe Lightroom is an important place to start, there are many edits, enhancements and corrections that only Photoshop can accomplish. This series of classes will take you from the beginning with an introduction to Photoshop tools, but perhaps more importantly, provide you with a workflow to follow when starting an image edit.

You will learn all about the real power of Photoshop - layers, masks, blending modes, and selections - and how to put them to use with both Landscape/Nature and Portrait images. From basic image edits, to color corrections to reshaping, removing and individually editing selection in an image, Photoshop is limited only by your imagination once you learn how to approach your edits.

Four classes won't make you a master of everything Adobe Photoshop, but Joe's approach to teaching and using this software will provide you with a firm base that you can grow with and adapt to your image editing needs and desires.

· Class One: April 25th (6:30pm - 8:00pm)

*Classes will take place in the main classroom (not the digital lab). You may bring your own laptop to follow along, but it is NOT necessary.
