Q: What if I’m having trouble placing my order?
If at anytime you are having difficulty placing your order on our website please contact us at 1-800-631-0300, or contact us to reach customer service.
Q: When will my order ship?
We will ship same business day if ordered by 5 pm EST (Monday through Friday). Orders that are placed on Friday after 5 pm or Saturday or Sunday will leave Unique Photo's New Jersey Facility on Monday.
Q: How can I tell if an item is in stock?
The availability of an item will be on it's product page. The status will be on the right side of the item in green font right above the price.
Q: What does each stock status mean?
In Stock - The item is in stock and ready to ship.
Usually Ships in 5 days - The item is not in stock but can be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Usually ships in 7-14 days - The item is not in stock and is dependent on the manufacturer's production schedule.
Pre-Order - The item is not yet allowed to be sold until the manufacturer's release date.
Discontinued - The item is no longer being produced by the manufacturer.
Out of Stock - The item is not in stock and is not expected to be back in stock.
Backordered - The item is not in stock and is awaiting allocation from the manufacturer to fulfill existing orders.
Q: How do I cancel an internet order?

Q: My order says “Pending” what does that mean?
"Pending" means that we have received your order. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Q: Do you charge sales tax when delivering to (my state)?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to any state which requires that local sales tax be added to the order total on remote purchases, including any shipping charges. If you are already tax exempt, or need more information on applying for tax exemption please visit our Sales Tax Page here.
Q: Where is my tracking/order # on my account page?
Tracking and Order numbers update each day at 10:30pm EST and can be viewed on the Account Page
