Its optical construction involves eight elements in six groups and is equipped with a nine-blade diaphragm for providing your subject’s background with a smooth bokeh effect. The AF option makes it possible to focus on your subjects automatically with immense smoothness and precision. For added shooting flexibility, you can adjust the focus manually by simply moving the internal IF elements. The lens accommodates 72 mm filters and offers a minimum focus distance of 1.5 m. Use the inbuilt lens hood for preventing excess light from entering the optics. Also, this lens is constructed from high-quality plastic.
