The Silent Wave Motor comes in handy for facilitating a swift autofocus function silently and accurately. Switch between manual and autofocus even during AF operation without any time lag, by using the lens' M/A mode. Reduce chromatic aberrations with the three extra-low dispersion glass elements for a high resolution and modest contrast. Lastly, the rounded 9-blade diaphragm opening ensures that out-of-focus elements appear more naturally.
