This camera features 20.1 Megapixels inside the 1/2.3 inch Super HAD CCD Sensor and has a 5x Optical Zoom, making the focal length 26-130mm, which is equivalent to 35mm. The Camera's bright 2.7 inch Clear Photo LCD 230-k Dot Monitor allows you to view your Photos, as well as your High-Quality 720p HD Videos.

Optics & Focus:
The Sony 4.6-23mm f/3.2-6.4 lens has an Optical 5x Zoom and features an equivalent 35mm Focal Length of 26-130mm, allowing for a wide angle to telephoto range. A 10x Digital Zoom option effectively doubles your focal length, while maintaining a high quality image.

Sensor & Screen:
Featuring 20.1 Megapixels, the 1/2.3 inch Super HAD CCD Sensor provides you with High-Quality/High-Resolution images, with considerable contrast and clarity of detail.

Image & Video:
The Optical SteadyShot Image Stabilization creates smooth Videos & Photos, which allows for reduction of Blur, and helps produce sharp detail, even while walking. Using the 720p HD Movie Mode allows you to shoot 1280 x 720 High-Definition movies at 30fps, with full use of Optical Zoom, in 29 Minute segments. Upload videos to your favorite Social Media site by transferring the videos to your computer.

The 720p HD Movie Mode allows you to shoot 1280 x 720 High-Definition movies at 30fps, creating High-Quality Video with the ability to have full use of the Optical Zoom in 29 Minute segments. Use the internet to upload your Videos to your favorite Social Media Platform after transferring them to your computer.

To capture an even wider angle, the 360 Degree Sweep Panorama setting allows you to press the Shutter Button while sweeping the camera around. While the angle of the camera is being rotated , it is able to continuously shoot at a high speed, to create a High-Quality Panoramic Image. In order to capture wide landscapes, you are able to do a 360 Degree turn, creating a 360 Degree Panorama.

The Smile Shutter Technology allows you to capture smiles as they happen. Simply press the Smile Shutter Button to turn on this feature, and leave the rest to the camera.

The Picture Effects feature lets you bring ordinary Landscapes and Photos to life, by enhancing certain attributes. The Options include Four Modes for your Still Images, Four Modes for your Movies, and Three Modes for your Panoramic Shots.

Easy Mode allows you to Hide/Show Menu Options for a more pleasant shooting experience. When this feature is on, it eliminates various layers from your Menu Options, but if you find yourself needing more Options, simply turn the feature off.

The In-Camera Guide allows you to search the camera's Functions, as needed in the moment. This allows you to leave the manual at home while getting the full experience.

The convenience of USB Charging for Battery allows you to have the option of charging your battery on the go via a Power Supply, or the USB Port on your computer.
