Also, the super-multi-layer coating on the optics solves the issues of lens flares and ghosting. This Sigma lens comes with an optical-stabilizer system to help you capture clear pictures even when shooting handheld. The Hyper Sonic Motor ensures noise-free auto focusing. The nine-blade diaphragm creates smooth bokeh effects on images. The teleconverter provided in the lens kit increases the focal length by 1.4×. It is made of 7 optical elements in 5 groups to remove chromatic aberrations from images.
