The RPS Tilting TTL 2 Meter (78.74 Inches) Cord For Nikon DSLRs can be mounted onto an accessory shoe or a light stand. Just remove the locking screw that would be used to secure the unit to an accessory shoe and a 1/4-20 female thread remains to allow the tilt shoe to be mounted to a light stand or tripod. Full dedicated operation of the flash is the same as if the flash were mounted directly onto the camera hot shoe.
