The Nikon AF DX Fisheye-Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8G ED Lens offers a complete 180° view of the scene at hand. It is made for Nikon DX and FX cameras that have an F mount. The construction of the lens involves 10 elements in 7 groups, which include 1 ED and 1 aspherical elements to reduce spherical and chromatic anomalies in images. A super-integrated coating is applied on the lens elements to reduce ghosting. The floating lens construction teams up with the AF system for accurate focusing. Additionally, the close-range correction ensures image sharpness even from a close distance of 14 cm. The seven-blade diaphragm of the lens generates near-circular bokeh effects in the out-of-focus background. The included petal-shaped hood prevents stray light from entering the lens.
