The Canon 70–200mm f/2.8 IS II Lens lets you take extreme close-up shots of distant objects. It can be fitted to Canon EF-mount cameras. The lens design has 23 elements in 19 groups. Color fringing and chromatic aberrations are controlled by the single fluorite and five ultra-low dispersion elements. The ring-type ultrasonic motor offers silent and accurate autofocus. Use the Focus Limiter switch to set the focusing range at either 3.9 feet or 8.2 feet to infinity. The eight rounded aperture blades offer a circular bokeh. With the optical image stabilization, this lens compensates for the effects of camera shakes. The zoom lens comes with a removable tripod collar. You can attach EF 1.4× and EF 2× teleconverters to this lens.
