Megapixels:
A megapixel is one million pixels. It is commonly used to describe the resolution of digital cameras. For example, a 7.2 megapixel camera is capable of capturing roughly 7,200,000 pixels. The higher the megapixel number, the more detail the camera can capture. Therefore, the megapixel count is a significant specification to look for when buying a digital camera.

Record 4K videos with the Fujifilm X-T2 Camera. This mirrorless digital camera accepts Fujifilm X-mount lenses. The 24.3 MP APS-C X-trans CMOS III sensor and X-processor pro engine work together to produce vibrant imagery in both bright and low-light conditions. Four exposure-metering methods and auto-exposure modes analyze the scene and determine the appropriate setting. The camera has both mechanical and electronic shutters with maximum speeds of 1/8000th of a second and 1/32000th of a second, respectively. Both the OLED viewfinder and the 3-inch tilting LCD offer 100% screen coverage. You may use an external flash on the camera with the help of the hot shoe. The shutter synchronizes with the external flash at 1/250th of a second.

Optics and Focus

The Fujifilm X-T2 offers precise autofocus with its intelligent hybrid 325-point intelligent AF system, which combines the capabilities of both phase- and contrast-detection autofocus. Also, focus peaking allows you to highlight the contrast lines in the scene. The camera has a native ISO range of 12800 that can be extended to 51200. This camera incorporates both mechanical and electronic shutters, which can function at the highest speeds of 1/8000th of a second and 1/32000th of a second, respectively.

Sensor and Screen

The Fujifilm X-T2 comes with a 24.3 MP APS-C X-trans CMOS III sensor that enhances image sharpness and highlights contrast. It smoothens color tone transitions as well as reduces moiré and aliasing. The camera offers two options to compose scenes: an OLED viewfinder and a 3-inch tilting LCD. With the OLED viewfinder, you get 0.77× magnification of a scene along with diopter adjustment from -4 to +2 m. Both the viewfinder and the LCD offer 100% screen coverage.

Image and Video

The USP of the Fujifilm X-T2 mirrorless camera is its ability to record 4K videos at 30p. You may also record 1080p videos at a smooth frame rate of 60p. The camera clicks 14-bit images in both JPEG and RAW formats with a resolution of 6000×4000 dpi. Thanks to the X-Processor Pro, the camera generates clear images even in low light, with reduced noise. Moreover, the processor improves the performance of the camera by lowering its start-up, shutter lag, and shooting interval time. It also speeds up the autofocus performance to 0.08 seconds. Choose the continuous-shooting mode to capture burst images of moving objects at 14 fps. You may use the interval-shooting feature for recording time-lapse sequences too. The various filters let you give a unique look to each image.

Other Features

The Fujifilm X-T2 digital camera can be connected to any mobile device for sharing images and controlling it remotely, thanks to its built-in WiFi. It supports flash photography with a hot shoe and PC terminal. When the flash is attached to the camera, it synchronizes with the shutter at 1/250th of a second. The camera also allows managing media with dual SD card slots. An NP-W126S rechargeable Li-ion battery pack powers this camera.

Control Specifications
ISO Speed: Auto, 200-12800 (Extended Mode: 100-51200)
ISO Speed:
The ISO speed setting dictates sensitivity to light. The higher the ISO speed, the more sensitive the film or digital sensor is to light. Higher ISOs have the effect of noise in an image. The actual ISO at which the noise occurs varies from camera to camera. Low ISOs are generally used for brighter lighting conditions and high ISOs are often used for low light or action shots.
