Overview

The Sony A-Mount to E-Mount Lens Adapter with Translucent Mirror Technology (Black) allows you to attach almost any A-mount lens to an Alpha E-mount full-frame digital camera body. It is not compatible with teleconverters or Minolta XI lenses. The adapter features a built-in AF motor, an aperture-drive mechanism, & Translucent Mirror Technology to allow full-time, continuous, TTL phase-detection autofocus. Other than STF models, AF is supported with all A-mount lenses. Auto exposure will be enabled with the compatible lenses. Translucent Mirror Technology directs light to both the focus and imaging sensors at the same time, enabling AF to work seamlessly even during continuous shooting and video recording. For video, aperture is fixed at its maximum or at f/3.5, whichever is lower. The adapter is designed with a tripod mount for supporting heavy lenses.
