Overview

The Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens boasts a wide aperture that gets bright results in low light. This wide-angle prime lens is made for Sony E-mount full-frame cameras. It is made with 13 elements that are arranged in 11 groups, and among these elements are an FLD and four SLD elements, apart from a pair of aspherical elements at the rear that corrects chromatic and spherical aberrations. The super multi-layer coating minimizes ghosting and lens flare that commonly occur under bright lighting conditions. This Sigma lens comes with a Hyper Sonic Motor AF system that facilitates fast, smooth, and noise-free autofocus. Moreover, the combination of an f/1.4 aperture and 9 rounded diaphragm blades creates a pleasing out-of-focus background. The Thermally Stable Composite material ensures the lens body withstands extreme temperatures, while the rubber sealing on the brass mount keeps out dust and moisture.
