The thing I love the most about Fujifilm FP-3000B is that I can scan its negatives. What I generally do is scan the negative and invert it in Adobe Photoshop, and I instantly get a backup of the beautiful black and white snap! It has an E.I.3000 film speed. You will be surprised by its ease of use. More people need to know about this film. Today’s digital world is eating up these beautiful products. The black and white prints that this film produces have a quality of their own. It has a high ISO, which is a great thing, except for when I am shooting in bright light. But all in all, this film really performs well on several parameters.

Any serious photography professional will swear by the Fujifilm FP-3000B. The developing process starts as soon as soon as I pull out the film and expose it, and it is ready within 10 to 20 seconds—it is that fast! I have been using this film for a long time and it is my absolute favorite of all instant films as it also produces a negative that I can scan! That is quite a luxury considering peel-off films do not really have such features in their negatives. It is always a pleasure working on this instant film, gives me a much needed break from today’s digital world.

The FP-3000B is perhaps the most trusty instant peel-off film there is around, not just for me, but for all the photographer community. It is my go-to instant film and can swear by it. The film produces images of very high quality. It delivers one print and negative. I can save the negatives for later, if I wish to work on them digitally, as they are scannable. That is just the single most amazing feature of this film that keeps pulling me back towards it. I don’t know what I would do without this film, I’m so used to it!

I love this instant film. Most Polaroid cameras accept the FP-3000B, except for maybe the Polaroid 600 and Spectra. The best part it this is the only peel-off film that allows me to scan the negatives. The negatives turn out fine when scanned, with medium contrast. I can then invert it digitally. A lot of experimentation and experience is required to shoot with this film in bright lights though, as the ISO rating is pretty high. Thankfully, I have a neutral density filter on me that counters that drawback, otherwise the film is pretty good for shooting under most lighting conditions.

I love working with black and white, it is my strongest suit, hence it goes without saying that I recommend FP-3000B film for instant photography. I love the high ISO rating, which makes it good to work with in most lighting conditions. The only drawback is that it is no longer easily available. I love this film, and I want it to be available on the market, but it has become such a hassle of late to get these films.
