Optics and Focus

The camera is compatible with both FX and DX format lenses. This allows you to select the best Nikkor lenses with the camera. It features a fast and accurate focusing technique with a 51-point AF system. The newly developed Advanced Multi-CAM 3500 II autofocus module strengthens focus detection capability even in low lighting conditions.
