Now retiring as Distinguish Professor of the College of Arts & Sciences at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, Dr. Gutsch served for many years as Chairman of the American Museum-Hayden Planetarium in New York as well as Science Editor for WABC and Special Science Correspondent for ABC’s Good Morning America and World News This Morning where he covered many space missions to the planets. The author of several books and hundreds of syndicated newspaper columns, he has also written, produced and directed scores of science programs for large screen theaters that have been seen by millions around the world. In addition, Dr. Gutsch has done professional photo shoots from the jungles of Mexico to the temples of Bali and has led lecture and photo tours to exotic locations throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Antarctica.
