Overview

Take performance and technology to a whole new level with the Canon EOS 7D Mark II Camera Body WiFi Adapter Kit. The camera body features a 20.2-MP APS-C CMOS sensor, which works in conjunction with dual DIGIC 6 image processors for rendering high-resolution, well-detailed still imagery and Full HD videos with remarkable sensitivity and minimal noise. The 65-Point All Cross-Type AF system comes in handy for acquiring focus, with a wide frame coverage. Perform continuous shooting of images at a burst rate of up to 10 fps. Lastly, the included W-E1 WiFi adapter lets you establish WiFi connectivity in the camera without much effort.

Optics and Focus

The EOS 7D Mark II camera body from Canon is compatible with a variety of lenses that offer incredible focal lengths and apertures. The 65-Point All Cross-Type AF system is useful for acquiring focus in a quick and accurate manner with a wide frame coverage. The shutter operates at its maximum speed of 1/8000th of a second, whereas the ISO ranges from 100 to 51,200. In addition to the White Balance and Exposure modes, the 3 Metering methods come in handy for aiding in a vast range of photography tasks. Also, the Intelligent Scene Analysis incorporates dedicated tracking algorithms, which are designed to recognize faces and colors, as well as support both autofocus and exposure metering functions.

Sensor and Screen

This Canon camera is equipped with a 20.2-MP APS-C CMOS sensor that lets you take high-quality photos with minimal noise and notable sensitivity. The 3-inch rear LCD screen offers a resolution of up to 1,040,000 dots for viewing your captured content and browsing menus with immense clarity. The 22-mm eye point Pentaprism viewfinder makes it easy to view your subjects under bright light, where it becomes difficult to use the screen. The viewfinder and screen offer a coverage rating of 100% each.

Image and Video

This camera captures JPEG and RAW photos at a resolution of up to 5472 x 3648 pixels, as well as Full HD 1080p videos in the H.264, MOV, and MP4 formats at 60 fps. Shoot pictures continuously at a maximum burst rate of 10 fps. The dual DIGIC 6 image processors render images and videos at a high speed without compromising on quality.

Other Features

The W-E1 WiFi adapter that comes with the EOS 7D Mark II camera enables you to establish WiFi connectivity. The various Picture Style modes let you set predefined looks to the imagery saved in the camera. The integrated GPS Receiver automatically records location data with each exposure, which includes latitude and longitude, elevation, and UTC time as EXIF data, and even offers a digital compass for easy navigation. Use the USB 3.0 terminal for expediting high-speed data transfer between the camera and a computer. Finally, this camera is powered by an LP-E6N rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery pack.
